Your Mission
As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding commercial activities in Belgium. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and building long-term relationships with high-level decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Directors), with a strong focus on energy, mobility (fleet management), and real estate solutions.
Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow your client portfolio.
✅ Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
✅ Present service offerings, draft commercial proposals, and lead negotiations.
✅ Ensure smooth client follow-up during the delivery phase in collaboration with the consulting team.
✅ Work closely with consulting teams to refine the value proposition and market positioning.
✅ Organize and participate in marketing and commercial events (webinars, trade fairs, etc.).
✅ Stay up to date with market trends to adjust the sales approach accordingly.
Profile
🔹 Experience: At least 2 years in B2B business development, preferably in consulting or high-value-added services.
🔹 Skills: Strong abilities in negotiation, prospecting, and account management.
🔹 Qualities: Tenacity, ambition, autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.
🔹 Languages: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
