Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated customer service representative to join our Nordic team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide first line support for international breakdowns, addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
* Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers, keeping them informed about the progress of repairs.
* Work collaboratively within a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional customer support 24/7.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (equivalent thinking level)
* Fluent in English, Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian (minimum B2 level)
* Flexible working hours, comfortable with varying shifts and schedules
* Driving license B, able to commute independently to the company
