As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with the “Offers and Projects” department, playing a crucial role in supporting the team with both administrative and on-site tasks. Your responsibilities will be split between the office and client visits, ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Office Tasks: Create and manage offers, including order bookings and follow-ups. Maintain clear communication with suppliers, tracking offers and delivery schedules. Regularly update ongoing projects, ensuring that clients' needs are met and issues are addressed promptly. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and to provide updates on project progress. Collaborate closely with colleagues to support large tenders and projects. Independently manage your schedule and organize appointments efficiently. On-Site Tasks: Conduct client visits to take measurements, pictures, and prepare blueprints/drawings. Establish on-site quotes and assess the technical-commercial requirements of each project. Follow up with suppliers and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project progression. Desired Profile: A proactive, flexible individual who enjoys both office work and client-facing responsibilities. Comfortable with technical-commercial tasks, including site visits, measurements, and drawing plans. Strong communicator, capable of liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure the success of each project. Capable of handling multiple tasks independently and managing time effectively. Position Type: Full-time (Hybrid: Admin / Technical Support on-site) Languages Required: Français Dutch English Benefits: Pool car for on-site visits (vehicle remains parked outside working hours).
