This is a new and innovative approach to eliminate cancer cells. It works by harnessing the power of a patient’s own immune system. That power is created from the patients’ own T cells and is engineered to eliminate cancer cells expressing a specific antigen.The Ghent E&PS FM team manages the critical installations and facilities and utilities (steam, cooling installations, heating equipment, water systems, compressed air, high voltage, …) of/for the Ghent manufacturing hubs. To join, assist and support the team the EP&S FM team in Ghent is recruiting a maintenance shutdown lead for the 2 production sites in Ghent. The position will be based in Ghent, Belgium however requiring close collaboration with the E&PS FM team based in BeerseWhat you will be doing:- Acts as the shutdown coordinator for the E&PS FM Car T team, responsible for:- preparing and planning the routine maintenance tasks of E&PS FM Car T; - validation and calibration scheduling during and outside shutdown periods; - having the overview ofall shutdown related improvement and housekeeping projects of E&PS FM Car T and schedule them accordingly and appropriately; - overall shutdown planning which also includes all shutdown activities of other departments, cleaning & start-up; Chairman/woman of shutdown meetings (preparation, during, after); - E&PS FM Car T SPOC forall shutdown related matters; - works closely with theentire E&PS FM Car T team. Requirements:- You hold an engineering degree or a technical bachelor's degree, both coupled with some years of relevant experience in a technical position.- You are highly communicative both written and spoken.- You are innovative and have a pragmatic outlook.- Analytical problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical issues.- Having experience in shutdown planning is a plus.- You know CMMS(SAP).- MS project or other planning platforms have no secrets for you.- Knowledge of energy and utilities, water systems and HVAC is an asset.- Knowledge of GMP, as well as requirements around compliance is a plus.- You work well with internal partners (EHS², quality, engineering, ...) and external partners (contractors, sector organizations, ...)- You are flexible and results-oriented and can work independently to achieve certain objectives.- You know how to deal with continuously meeting tight timelines.
