The Supply Planner will have the following responsibilities:
* Ensure a healthy balance between product availability and inventory levels across a defined portfolio. Regularly review stock performance and make data-driven decisions to avoid shortages or overstock.
* Work closely with the demand team to incorporate forecast updates into supply plans, adjusting for market fluctuations and sales trends.
* Develop and maintain dashboards to track supply chain KPIs (stock levels, availability, service rates, etc.) and present clear updates to internal stakeholders.
* Identify supply constraints early and take proactive steps to mitigate potential issues. Escalate critical matters with actionable solutions when needed.
* Contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline supply chain work flows, enhance visibility, and improve forecast accuracy through better tools or processes.
* Liaise with procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure supply plans are aligned with broader business objectives and time lines.
The Supply Planner has the following experience:

A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
* Fluent in English, any other (local) language is a plus.

Solid experience (3-5 years) in supply or inventory planning within a fast-moving, product-focused environment.

Comfortable using planning software or ERP systems. Experience with SAP (especially IBP or HANA) is advantageous.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into action.
