Job description As an IT coordinator, you will be responsible for:Software's & Applications ManagementInstallation and Configuration: Deployment of servers, software, and operating systems, as well as configuring networks and peripherals to ensure an optimal environment.Maintenance and Updates: Applying security patches, updating software, and managing regular backups to ensure service continuity.System Security: Protecting the infrastructure by configuring Firewalls, implementing security policies, and monitoring for suspicious activities.User and Access Management: Creating and administering user accounts, assigning access rights, and ensuring data confidentiality.Monitoring and Support: Supervising system performance, identifying, and resolving technical issues to provide a seamless and responsive service.Documentation and Best Practices: Writing and updating procedures, configurations, and guides to ensure efficient and sustainable system management.
