Job Description
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects or development projects
* Proven experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, ...)
* Demonstrable knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ITIL.
* Demonstrated knowledge of terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, ...), preferably demonstrated by certification
* Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.
Your main responsibilities:
* Coordinating major incidents and organizing the operational crisis cell.
* Lead meetings and collaborate with technical teams for troubleshooting.
* Drawing up root cause analyses and defining improvement actions.
* Developing and monitoring incident and problem management processes.
* Communicating and reporting on incidents to internal and external stakeholders.
* Developing and implementing release management standards (such as release criteria, schedules and application release cycles).
* Decide whether changes to production can be made based on risk and quality analyses.
* Oversee the governance and quality of releases to ensure operational stability.
* Proactively contribute to process improvements and harmonize release management procedures.
* Knowledge level Master IT or bachelor or equivalent through experience
* 3 years of experience in IT
* Extensive knowledge of ITIL
