Our central UX team is at the heart of this transformation, crafting intuitive and impactful digital applications. As a UX Designer, you'll collaborate with your team to elevate our user experience to new heights.
What You'll Do:
1. Prepare and Facilitate Ideation Workshops: Spark creativity and innovation by preparing and facilitating engaging workshops.
2. Analysis: Combine strong analytical skills with user needs, business values, and assessed against technical possibilities.
3. Design & Prototype: Bring ideas to life with low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
4. User Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze user tests to ensure our designs hit the mark.
5. Governance: Implement and uphold UX design governance rules to maintain high standards.
6. Collaborate & Report: Work closely with your UX colleagues, team lead, analysts, and developers to keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience: At least 8 years in a similar role, with a strong background in UX design and analysis.
2. Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
3. Stakeholder Management: Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders in large organizations.
4. Design Skills: Proficient in designing complex applications (web and mobile), with strong knowledge of Figma and Material Design.
5. Toolkits: Experience working with a Design system/Design toolkit for Android (and iOS).
6. Workshop Facilitation: Experience in organizing and leading workshops.
7. Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and English.
8. It’s a plus when: you have a previous UX experience with internal (SNCB) applications and good insights into what is technically possible (dev experience).
