Together with your colleagues you will support our customers and offices in a warm way through various channels in the service and sales processes.
* After your training you will be an expert in your domain. You keep your knowledge about new products, processes and new digital functionalities, among other things, constantly up to date.
* You will be in contact with customers and office staff by phone, email and message service. You analyze their questions, do research and provide appropriate solutions.
* Thanks to your listening ear, you detect the needs of customers. You support customers in our digital applications or put them in contact with their office manager.
* You actively work on your own growth, that of the customer service and that of the bank.

* You have a bachelor level of thought and work.

* Important: Clear and open communication at different levels is in your nature, both in Dutch and French. An excellent knowledge of French is extremely important.

* Another option is to work the Saturday shift (4-day week 9am to 6pm18 and Saturday from 9am to 12pm18) and you take into account the standby arrangement that- applies and this max 10 days per quarter in case of unforeseen circumstances (standby late shift:1pm to 8pm48).
* Or you opt for the late shift (Mon-Fri from 13h-20h48) Here no standby arrangement applies.
