Are you an experienced Administrator share your expertise! The role will be based out of Zellik, Belgium. This role is supporting our Transport department.
You will be responsible for all administrative duties supporting our transport function, dealing with Dutch documents and working as a backup to our protime key user. For this role you need to be adaptable and willing to learn and eager to develop your expertise and knowledge.
* Previous Administration experience
* Monday to Friday 38 hours a week starting between 6-8am
* Ability to multi-task in a calm and efficient manner
* High attention to detail
* Experience within logistics or transport industry is a nice to have
* Fluent Dutch, with English and French as preferred
What you do on a typical day as an Administrator
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Transport department
* Supporting the transport department on all administration tasks
* Checking documents and uploading data to system ready for invoicing
* Insurance declaration, processing fines, postal duties and archiving
* Consciously dealing with the reduction of environmental impact in terms of waste, energy, water, and fuel consumption.
What you need to succeed at GXO as an Administrator
* Minimum Required Education: Intermediate Vocational Education in Administration, Finance, or related field
* Ideally knowledge of social and transport laws would be beneficial
* Eager to learn new skills, with a positive and can-do attitude
* Previous experience in Reflex, TAS, BlackBox, Protime would be beneficial
