In this role as HSE manager : You analyze the current situation and develop the safety, health, and environment policy for the 3 sites. You organize safety audits. You create prevention plans and annual action plans for each site, within the global policy. You act as a coach and mentor for the local departments. You are present on the workfloor and provide hands-on support where necessary. You initiate group initiatives to promote safety and health. You provide support to the external environmental coordinator. You report to the COO. You hold a master's degree and have a technical affinity. You have relevant experience as an HSE manager in an industrial environment. You possess a Prevention Advisor II certificate (a Prevention Advisor I certificate is a plus). You have a hands-on mentality and are also strategic, pragmatic, and practical. You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
