Your Role
As a Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in shaping, developing, and optimizing software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Core Responsibilities
* Designing, developing, and adapting applications using .Net and Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on functional and business analyses.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure all user requirements are understood and accurately implemented.
* Translating business needs into robust technical architecture.
* Applying Test-Driven Development and testing programs in an integrated Agile environment.
* Documenting all developments and identifying potential issues, offering optimal solutions for best results.
* Assessing the impact of changes and mitigating potential risks effectively.
Secondary Responsibilities
* Ensuring high-quality deliverables through comprehensive test scenarios and documentation.
* Identifying and resolving testing challenges, following up with retesting where needed.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
* Providing guidance, coaching, and training for team members as needed.
Your Profile
Technical Expertise
* Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing and .Net development.
* Advanced knowledge of programming languages, including .Net.
* Proficiency in methodologies like Agile and Object-Oriented Programming.
* Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, SVN, SSIS, and KingswaySoft.
* Familiarity with SSRS and a preference for candidates with an IBM-oriented mindset.

* Proven leadership and coaching abilities backed by over 5 years of professional experience.
* Exceptional project planning, coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Education & Certifications
* A Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Language Requirements
* Proficiency in French, Dutch, and/or English is required.
