Inspired by the idea of shaping the automotive industry? As our Chief Product Officer (CPO), you’ll lead Fastback’s product vision, strategy, and lifecycle—from high-level vision to user journey details, ensuring we deliver impactful products that solve real customer needs.
This role is full-time with a flexible work model (minimum three days per week in our beautiful Namur offices).
YOUR IMPACT & MISSION: As CPO, you’ll take ownership of our product strategy and execution with a focus on creating and delivering an exceptional user experience. Your main responsibilities include:
* Lead Product & IT Teams: Ensure alignment of product initiatives with Fastback’s overall strategy.
* Shape Product Roadmap: Create and execute a roadmap that sets us apart and maximizes customer impact.
* Develop Key Features: Guide IT in developing features that meet user needs and improve product value.
* Prioritize Initiatives: Prioritize projects based on value and costs to keep Fastback competitive and innovative.
* Bridge Business & Tech: Align the technical team’s work with company goals and objectives.
* Drive Strategic Decisions: Make impactful product decisions that drive growth and market leadership.
ABOUT YOU: You’re an experienced leader with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach. You’ll fit right in if you have:
* 5+ years in product leadership, ideally in B2C and B2B.
* Background in e-commerce, automotive, or related software sectors.
* Experience scaling a company through growth and change.
* Operational mindset: you can balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
* Bilingual fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
* Strong agile methodology knowledge, especially Scrum.
