Mission
As a Digital Communication Specialist dedicated to the US market at Stanley/Stella, you will be pivotal in driving our brand presence and recognition in the United States.
With our US operations launched in January 2025, we are seeking a dynamic and creative digital marketing expert to elevate brand awareness, engage new partners, and drive customer acquisition.
Reporting to the Digital Communications Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing both social media (organic and paid) and email marketing strategies tailored to the US audience.
Your efforts will focus on amplifying our brand message, increasing engagement, and fostering long-term retention with partners and customers.
This role is based at our headquarters in Brussels.
Main responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and execute a strong, data-driven social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook, aligned with the global communication plan.
* Create and manage a “Always On” content calendar, ensuring consistent communication that reflects our brand identity and values.
* Collaborate with designers to create engaging, high-quality content that boosts brand awareness and community engagement.
* Monitor and analyse social media performance using KPIs and insights to enhance strategies and increase engagement.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain innovative and effective strategy.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
* Based on the Brand and Marketing strategy and objectives, define and execute local on social media and Google, driven by excellence in execution.
* Lead planning, timeline, and budget management, while proposing recommendations to drive awareness and conversions.
* Provide guidance and recommendation, based on campaigns performance, and in case of advertising cuts are needed, to ensure best usage of the existing budget.
Email Marketing & Retention:
* Develop and execute an effective email marketing strategy to nurture and retain new partners.
* Personalize email campaigns by leveraging audience segmentation and market data.
* Write or brief compelling email content that aligns with our brand tone and messaging.
* Track and analyse key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to continuously optimize performance.
* Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
* Manage CRM automated email communications, ensuring accurate data segmentation and timely delivery of campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:
* Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, IT, Design, and Customer Care, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
* Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and growth opportunities.
Your profile
Hard skills:
* At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in both social media and email marketing.
* Strong knowledge of social media Organic and Paid platforms (Instagram, Facebook), Paid Google, Social media analytics, and content strategies.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Odoo CRM).
* US English (or UK English) native-speaker; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
* Experience working in a B2B environment is a plus.
