Cyber Security Architect
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to drive the design, creation, and delivery of cybersecurity solutions for embedded systems in a dynamic project environment. You will work closely with the cybersecurity manager, providing comprehensive technical support to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to decommissioning. As the key cybersecurity specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical requirements and ensure a secure, risk free development process.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide expert cybersecurity support to development teams and lead the creation and review of technical cybersecurity deliverables (e.g., TARA, Security Concepts).
* Own, manage, and review cybersecurity requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct thorough reviews, validations, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
* Lead the execution of cybersecurity testing, including penetration testing, and validate solutions.
* Perform technical analyses to improve product security and address vulnerabilities in embedded systems.
* Contribute to risk analysis and manage technical and non technical security risks.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet cybersecurity requirements and ensure full implementation.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Engineering degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or related field (cybersecurity specialization is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and protocols (e.g., AES, PKI, SHA 256) in an automotive development environment.
* Experience with Infineon Aurix family, HSM components, and their relevant drivers and software stacks.
* Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Flexray, UDS) and embedded software development, particularly in automotive systems.
* Knowledge of industry standards like ISO/SAE 21434, IEC 62443, and AUTOSAR, and experience in powertrain, hybrid, or EV systems.
* Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong problem solving skills with an interest in emerging cybersecurity technologies.
* Knowledge of automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) is a plus.
* A proactive attitude to continuous learning and applying new technologies.
