You will be working in a the marketing tribe with Telenet Business, the dynamic and growing B2B circle within the Telenet group. As B2B becomes more data driven, you will play in a crucial role in adopting this mindset and providing the right insights. You’ll be part of a small dynamic team that is responsible for marketing intelligence, marketing automation, digital marketing and performance. The data analyst works very closely with the marketing colleagues, his data analyst colleagues, data scientists but also with sales, solutions experts, business analysts.
Your role as a Data Analyst
As a data analyst, you will be in charge to master commercial data, make sure it is cleaned by you or other colleagues and to support your stakeholders with interesting business insights. If you like a variety of data projects, in a complex data landscape and to collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders, then you are our men/woman!
1. You collect, cleanse and validate the data you need from different sources.
2. Prepare customer lists, combining relevant customer and product data to prepare lead generation actions, migrations, marketing actions.
3. Make sure we have the most optimal data quality in our contacts
4. Define data improvements to make sure we maintain data quality and get the best out of the data we collect
5. Steer the commercial team by providing business insights and more specific segment insights. Support the business by defining new opportunities out of deep-dive data analysis, suggestions to improve performance, etc.
6. Create in Qlik new reports supporting business insights for commercial steering.
7. Make sure we are compliant with the Telenet GDPR policy on B2B customer data.
We are looking for a Data Analyst who has the following skill set
8. Data-driven mindset with the ability to set the right content KPIs and follow-up on them.
9. Strong analytical and data skills, with knowledge of Excel, SQL, SPSS and/or reporting platform. Experience with QlikSense is an advantage.
10. Be at ease in a complex environment with multiple tools/sources to manage
11. Collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders out of different departments within B2B
12. Good presentation and storytelling skills, certainly to non-data driven colleagues
13. A problem-solving and result-driven mindset
14. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
15. A minimum of 3-5 years experience as data/business/CRM analyst or in a comparable role.
