Mission: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, building, and customizing the service catalog of the platform. You will create and customize new catalog items and new flows to support ITIL processes such as service requests, incidents, and changes. You will assist and manage application updates, data loading, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for daily support and maintenance operations.
