Our client, an established consultancy firm, is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen their sales team.
Your Responsibilities :
* Analyzing Client Needs & Providing Strategic Advice
You assess client and prospect needs (from contact-level management to C-level) and translate them into tailored solutions.
* Relationship Management & Business Development
You manage your client portfolio as the primary point of contact, fostering long-term relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
* Building a Strong Network & Matching Top Talent
You develop a network of high-quality tech consultants, maintain regular contact, and deeply understand their skills and ambitions—ensuring the perfect match between their expertise and client needs.
Your Profile :
* Education & Experience – Master’s degree with experience in a commercial or people-driven role.
* Passion for Tech – A natural curiosity for technology and innovation.
* Strong Communicator – Engages with clients naturally and professionally.
* Empathy & Trust – Understands people’s needs and builds strong relationships.
* Proactive & Driven – Takes initiative, connects the dots, and takes ownership.
* Team Player – Works collaboratively and finds solutions.
* Languages – English and Dutch or French
