As a Sales Representative, you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s Maxillofacial portfolio in Belgium. Our MF solutions offer market-leading surgical instruments, implants, and systems. To our customers, we offer a comprehensive portfolio tailored to their everyday needs, helping improve patient and hospital outcomes.
We are looking for a team player who is both results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for healthcare. For our Sales professionals, this is not just a job; it is an opportunity to truly make an impact, grow, develop – and win together as part of a team.
Your key responsibilities:
* Be the representative for our customers with the businesses assigned to you.
* Plan and execute business plans, implement strategies including building and solidifying your customer network, and represent and implement the full portfolio, optimizing patient outcomes.
* Be responsible for achieving your commercial goals including topline revenue targets and growing market share.
* Act as the point of contact to your customers, managing commercial conversations, follow-ups, and negotiations. Your customer network may include physicians, nursing staff, heads of department, or purchasing.
* Advise and train medical professionals on product use during demonstrations, providing in-theater support if needed.
* Show collaboration within the team and the greater Stryker organization.
* Be a good partner to our customers ensuring a long-term relationship and optimized customer satisfaction.
* Participate in congresses and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What are we looking for?
* A sales professional with a passion for the medical device industry.
* At least 4 years of experience.
* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
* A team player who is customer-focused.
* You hold a valid driver’s license.
* Communicative, written and spoken in both Dutch and English.
