Start Date:
1. 2024-06-03T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift:
2. Nights, 7p-7a; 36 hrs/week
Requirements:
3. Minimum of 2 years of current experience Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
4. IA license is required
5. 2 years current experience in Med Tele PCU Cardiac/Tele or Stepdown - RequiredStrong cardiac skillset and carePost op care experience strongly encouragedPROFILE REQUIREMENTS:Work history/resumeHome/taxable address just need to be listed somewhere in profile ex. resume in the notes section of the submittalSkills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission dateLicense verificationCopy of BLS AHA or ARCReferences - highly preferred if not provided will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
6. Resume without time gaps and education notated.
7. References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
8. Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
9. Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
10. Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
11. Current Yearly Physical
12. TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
13. BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
14. Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
15. Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
16. Credentialing will require other documentation.
17. Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
