Role: Operations Credit Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Credit Officer, you will initially be responsible for managing credit requests via telephone. Your role will evolve to include follow-ups on credit requests, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1:
* Introduction of Credit Requests
* Initiate and process credit requests with clients over the phone, ensuring follow-ups and timely finalization of files.
* Demonstrate a highly developed commercial mindset:
* Guide and accompany clients throughout the process.
* Act as their financial advisor and analyze cases to propose the most suitable product for their situation.
* Identify and act upon commercial opportunities to support business growth.
* As the primary point of contact, provide updates on clients' requests and maintain effective communication.
* Exhibit a Sales-oriented approach, enjoying challenges and striving to surpass expectations.
Phase 2: Follow-Up on Credit Requests
* Verify contracts, supporting documents, legal mentions, and signatures to ensure compliance.
* Disburse funds to clients' accounts after approval.
* Assist clients in finding solutions for non-conformity issues, addressing their needs effectively.
Technical Skills:
Mandatory: Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferable Experience in:
* Call centers.
* Banking.
* Credit services.
Functional Skills:
* Exceptional commercial acumen, with prior experience in the credit domain being a plus.
* Strong client orientation, stress resistance, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* Ability to work autonomously with a structured approach.
* Precision and rigor in managing responsibilities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients by telephone.
