We created the team in 2023 and 3 people in it today in Belgium. We are looking for several amazing people to help us take care of our growing customer base in Belgium. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!⭐️Your mission ⭐️ As a Key Account Manager, you will: - Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagships companies - Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan- Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins- Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews- Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing customers- Be in charge of cross-selling/upselling our portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points- Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability- Participate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams- Support new customer acquisition, by promoting our Key Account Management program to prospects and partnering with Sales teamsThe role will initially be 100% focused on upselling a dedicated portfolio of customers, requiring a strong mix of sales and account management skills. Once this upsell campaign comes to an end you will gradually transition into a more traditional Key Account Management role ⭐️ Join The Key Account Management Team! ⭐️ ✨ We are looking for passionate people who want to bring delight to their clients ! ✨ Profile : - At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Pre-Sales) with frequent interactions with C-Levels- Excellent track record - we are looking for over-performers- Experience working with companies of more than 200 employees- Strong interest in the healthcare sector (and in Alan) will be strongly appreciated- Previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits is a plus (but definitely not a must-have !)
