Senior Marketing and Lead Generation Manager
Vialma is looking for a Senior Marketing and Lead Generation Manager to join us, who is customer-focused, data-driven, proactive, and empathic, with a proven track record to generate B2B leads. In this role, you will be developing partnerships with cultural organisations, corporate sponsors, patrons, hospitals, and schools, on both national and international levels.
Vialma is a streaming service dedicated to music and the arts which create unforgettable digital and multimedia experiences for their customers. We work in close partnership with brands, museums, and concert halls to help them better connect with their audiences and generate revenues.
As the Senior Marketing and Lead Generation Manager of Vialma, you will be in charge of our marketing strategy and everything related to generating leads for the Senior Partnership team to meet prospects and sign new deals.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Lead Generation Manager you will (65% of your time):
* Set the lead generation strategy and execute it across all acquisition channels, including cold emails, LinkedIn, referrals…
* Generate new relevant leads to the B2B team.
* Own your OKR task force, with quarterly targets of new prospects, and optimise our conversion rates at every step of the funnel.
* Nurture and enrich our entire marketing stack (Ringover, Klenty,...), especially our CRM.
* Integrate any new relevant tool to enable us to grow faster.
As a Senior Marketer you will (35% of your time):
* Define our brand strategy for our B2B activity.
* Conduct market studies and customer research.
* Manage our marketing campaigns and analyze performance (e.g. inbound leads).
* Monitor the production of our brand documentation, creatives, and content marketing (B2B website, white papers, decks, blog articles, fairs,...).
* Help our clients leverage our solution for their own customers and audiences, identifying best practices with our data team.
Requirements:
* 4 / 6 years of experience in lead generation roles with significant achievements.
* Experienced with a B2B marketing stack such as Hubspot, Kaspr, Klenty,... or equivalent.
* Significant track record in revenue growth with digital customer acquisition strategies.
* Completely fluent in English and French.
* Genuine interest in Arts and tech.

* Bruxelles based (remote friendly).
* Full time and permanent contract.
* 45k-55k fixed salary + bonus.
