Within this start up environment, we are hiring a Sales Support who will have a crucial role in developing the B2B activities within bpost (focus on Belgium but also international flows from Belgium). Administrative Support : Assist the Business Developer and sales team in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining CRM systems. Customer Relationship Management : Support the development and maintenance of relationships with existing and potential business customers by coordinating communications and follow ups. Market Research Assistance : Help the Business Developer conduct market research, including competitor analysis, and compiling reports on trends, potential customers, and new business opportunities. Sales Coordination : Assist in implementing sales strategies by preparing necessary documentation, proposals, and contracts for customer meetings and negotiations. Cross functional Collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues from operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth communication and progress in business development activities. Contract Management : Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and follow up on contract negotiations and agreements, supporting the team in closing deals. Customer Service Support : Handle customer inquiries, follow up on unresolved issues, and provide high quality support to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting : Support the preparation of regular reports on sales performance, progress, and any challenges faced in the B2B logistics of parcels and pallets. Profil Your profile First experience in B2B logistics, certainly domestic (international can be a plus) NL and Fr sufficient to do business development in both languages; virtually bilingual therefore First sales experience / hunter mentality Self starter, must be able to work autonomously and have a pro active attitude Excellent communication and first negotiation skills Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Ability to build strong relationships with business customers and partners Analytical ability to identify market trends.
