YOUR ROLE
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in overseeing HR functions, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations, and supporting the business in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
* You oversee the performance cycle, ensuring timely and effective implementation of performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.
* You manage training requests and support the development of programs aligned with organizational goals and employee growth.
* You update and maintain the competency and skills matrix, ensuring alignment with strategic talent development goals.
* You collaborate with management and stakeholders to implement HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* You provide guidance on HR topics, fostering positive employee relations and maintaining a transparent, values-driven work environment.
YOUR PROFILE
* You have proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME).
* You bring a strong hands-on approach, a can-do attitude.
* You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
* You are highly organized, with the ability to manage operational HR processes and ensure timely execution of tasks.
* You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
PRACTICAL
* Contract type: Freelance
* Working regime: 2 to 3 days per week
* Location: Flemish Brabant, West of Brussels / remote
