Job Description
In this function, you work within the Client teams and the Content team, two of the many diverse, motivated, and fun-loving teams of Publicis Groupe. Delivering great, effective, and qualitative content and social campaigns for your clients is your main role. But you’ll discover quickly that sharing jokes, memes, and drinks after work with the team is also an important part of the job!
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot tick all the boxes in the end. All our experts have different backgrounds, which help them shape their day-to-day, that will not be any different in your case.
1. You will work on projects and campaigns in close relation with the client team to deliver social media campaign materials and always-on content plans.
2. You are the main point-of-contact for social and content projects and communicate daily with the client.
3. You develop a social content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
4. You develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board.
5. You are responsible for the community management of some brand pages but can also create and publish engaging content.
6. You liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice.
7. You communicate with resources & follow up on their great work (Creatives, Content Managers, Designers, Media Experts, etc.).
8. Planning different resources ahead of a project through the Traffic Planner is part of your weekly diet.
9. You regularly update the client, stakeholders, and all internal resources on the status of the project.
10. You will also handle the administrative and financial side of your projects, such as drafting budgets, client approvals, handling POs, etc.
11. You have a sharp eye for detecting growth opportunities on your client portfolio and have the reflex to signal these to your Account Director, Client Lead and/or Content Lead.

15. You have a first relevant experience in advertising, marketing or communication from during a traineeship or first job.
16. You know the ins and outs of social media. The usual suspects are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
17. You maybe checked out some social monitoring tools like Sprinklr, OBI4wan, Falcon, Meltwater, … and might have clicked around in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager in the past.
18. You can work in Photoshop to perform some small visual adaptations or illustrate a mock-up to present an idea.
19. You have a good understanding of the media buying and strategy on social media.
20. You stay up to date with the latest trends in social and are curious to learn.
21. You know how you construct a content plan and how to optimize campaigns on the fly.
22. You are stress resistant, organized, flexible and work in a structured and efficient way.
23. You have an impeccable eye for detail and assure the quality of what is delivered.
You are fluent in French, Dutch and English to handle this client facing role.
