Join our dynamic Danone Out of Home team, where we bring beloved brands like Alpro, Activia, Danio, Evian, Oikos and many more to convenience channels across Belgium and Luxembourg. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, ensuring our products are always within reach. Your clients are Wholesalers in Belgium and Luxembourg, On-the-go spots like travel hubs, petrol stations, and kiosks, Leisure locations for your chill moments, Quick-serve restaurants and other chains for when you’re grabbing a bite.
Your responsabilities:
Customer Management:
1. Identify and implement quick wins with existing customers
2. Discover and onboard new clients
3. Negotiate annual deals with national accounts
4. Serve as the main contact for trading partners
5. Build and maintain a strong customer network
6. Prepare and manage business plans and customer meetings independently
7. Execute promotional plans flawlessly
8. Coordinate sales activities with the sales force and customers
9. Manage product ranges with marketing and category management
10. Support field management and services
11. Attend national customer trade fairs
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
12. Work closely with internal teams (category management, marketing, finance, D2D)
13. Lead internal projects, including strategic annual category plans
Analysis and Planning:
14. Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor them
15. Control and forecast budgets
16. Own the customer A&P budget
17. Ensure customer profitability
18. Detect and anticipate sales and consumption trends
About You
19. Bachelor's or master's degree
20. You have maximum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably within FMCG)
21. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
22. Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English skills
23. Strong analytical and communication skills
24. Proactive and creative mindset
