As a successful Sales & Marketing Manager, - Medtech - Diagnostics -, you will have the following responsibilities:

As the successful Sales & Marketing Manager, - Medtech - Diagnostics -, you will have the following requirements:
* Master's degree in a commercial or scientific field.
* Proven experience of over 7 years in international sales of medical devices, preferably in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) field.
* Excellent understanding of the medical device market dynamics, including regulations, emerging technologies, and competitive trends.
* Proven expertise in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in managing an international sales team.
* Autonomy and initiative, with a results-oriented approach.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex sales.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing project management techniques.
* Experience in marketing management.
* Language skills: Fluent English is essential. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.
