Our client, a global company specializing in optimizing grinding and wear processes is looking for a Sales Manager Western Europe to drive growth and lead a dynamic sales team.
Your Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Manage and expand a portfolio of clients across Western Europe
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement action plans to maximize performance
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 4 Account Managers
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with technical and R&D teams to offer innovative solutions tailored to client needs
* Negotiation & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key industry players
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in sales development and people management in a B2B industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of the mining industry or related industrial processes
* Natural leadership and ability to inspire and guide a team
* Excellent negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset
* Fluent in English AND German
* Frequent travel required (up to 40%)
