As the successful Regional Marketing Lead, you will have the following responsibilities:
Assist in Strategy Formulation/Localization:
* Research and recommend marketing initiatives and programs that align with corporate strategy and support pipeline and revenue goals for the Business Communication Business Unit.
* Ensure a strong connection to both the Regional Marketing goals and Central Team initiatives - localizing and executing as appropriate
* Utilize information obtained from the Sales department as well as relevant market data, and suggest implications for Marketing strategy
* Conduct analysis to better understand the current business value chain as well as potential areas for growth and efficiency expansion and propose value opportunities and channels/routes to market
Market Research and Analysis & Competition Tracking:
* Closely monitor and analyze Business Communication Business Unit sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity (while maintaining regional awareness), using BI & CRM.
* Proactively scan the environment and acquire competitor and market information to help develop strategies for growth.
* Work closely with internal sales teams to garner feedback.
Market Development:
* Prepare, present, execute and analyze marketing plans with our customers.
* Study the market and propose initiatives (e.g. fairs, events, campaigns…) to be undertaken for increasing sales in this segment, based on KPI's (e.g. leads)
* Identify and propose initiatives for creating brand awareness through marketing initiatives.
* Integrate with Sales and Marketing Leadership in order to understand new product developments and understand requirements from a marketing perspective
Event Management:
* Primary point of contact and project manager duties with the design of event spaces as requested/required in conjunction with Marketing and Sales activities/events, lead fairs (as needed) and dealer/end user engagements.
* Primary on-site coordinator for local events (and regional events, where indicated)
Sales Support:
* Work closely with the Sales department in understanding customer requirements and behavior
* Propose and execute marketing initiatives to increase sales
* Ensure localization of all central marketing activities
Vendor Management and Relations:
* Coordinate with external vendors such as marketing agencies, design/build firms, etc. and maintain relationships
Budget & Budget Tracking:
* Create a detailed marketing budget
* Track planned budget versus actual expenses
* Coordinate a budget forecast, aligned with Marketing management using provided tools and processes
As the successful Regional Marketing lead, you will have the following requirements:
* At least a Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent by experience
* At least 5 years experience in marketing responsibilities in similar industry
* Proven experience in the field of Audio or Communication tools is consider as a strong asset
* Ability to think critically and creatively & proven project management skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Knowledge and skills in strategic marketing with solid experience in market segmentation, product development and management and brand and communications.
* Strong communication skills oral and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external groups.
* Analytical mindset with an intuitive sense of how to interpret KPIs and take operational advantage of data-driven insights
* Fluent in French & English is mandatory - Dutch is consider as a strong asset
* Ability to manage budgets
* Additional graphic design and/or marketing software suite experience is a plus
