The role
1. Your main role will be to actively propose solutions to all customer requests, this by optimizing the planning of our consultants and by finding the appropriate resource solutions to staff our missions.
2. You will be in constant contact with our SAP consultants, sales managers, project managers and delivery managers to find the best solutions to our customer requests. You will be in regular contact with the senior management of the group in order to provide analyses, to drive actions plans and therefore to participate to the fast and profitable growth of the company.
3. By end of the first year you must be able to handle the resource allocation processes for one region within the SOA People group.

Key abilities
4. Proven work experience as a recruiter or as planner in a professional services company or recruitment/interim agency is a key asset
5. Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
6. Hands-on experience with resource allocation & searching tools (e.g. planning, Resume databases…)
7. Excellent communication and persuasion abilities both in person and in writing
8. Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
9. Good decision-making skills
10. Being solution minded, team player and customer oriented
