YOUR TASKS As a Requirements/Training Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trainer for our CAT Control System. Your role involves delivering comprehensive training programs for operators across various venues where our CAT System is installed. You will be responsible for addressing questions related to system operations, software updates, and bug fixes, while collaborating with the R&D Department to ensure timely resolution of any software issues. Your tasks include in particular: Operator Training: Conduct intensive training sessions worldwide for operators in diverse locations (Theatres, Opera Houses, Venues, etc.) to ensure they are well versed in the functionalities and features of the CAT system. Create and update training materials tailored to different skill levels and operational contexts. Support and Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for operators, forwarding concerns about software functionality, updates, and troubles
