You’ll play a key role in supporting our IT Infrastructure Operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your Role:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be the bridge between our IT Infrastructure teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and continuous service enhancements. You will own and manage the Server Team portfolio, overseeing compliance, service improvements, and risk management.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Driving service excellence by managing the IT infrastructure service portfolio and ensuring it aligns with stakeholder expectations.
* Ensuring compliance and security, following up on regulations in Belgium and Germany, managing IT security risks, and overseeing audits.
* Handling critical incidents and escalations, leading root cause analyses (RCA), and implementing lessons learned.
* Managing service contracts and documentation, ensuring smooth purchasing and contract processes.
* Developing and refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while continuously optimizing workflows and incident response strategies.
Your Profile
We need a proactive and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You should have:
* A strong IT infrastructure background (Active Directory, database services, virtualization, IT security, networks, etc.).
* A degree in IT or a related field (bachelor or master’s level).
* Proven experience in IT service management (3+ years), ideally in large organizations (500+ users).
* A deep understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
