To reinforce our Trade Marketing Team, we are currently looking for a Junior Trade Marketeer to secure the link between the Company Strategy and the execution in the local market.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* As a Junior Trade Marketeer, you elevate the creation of the Perfect Store Picture of Success alongside the Trade Marketing Manager (RGM & Customer), ensuring flawless execution.
* You define an optimal assortment by channel & retailer, strategize shelving to reflect shopper behavior and you team up to drive excellence in POS. You engage in secondary placement, shelf execution, and dynamic in-store communication to spotlight the core assortment and innovations, both offline and online.
* You collaborate closely with the Key Account Managers to co-create customer plans that harmonize with the GBfoods Picture of Success, incorporating thorough analysis of customer category & range data to uncover opportunities.
* You provide recommendations for planograms grounded in shelving & assortment strategies, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with merchandising proposals. Next to that, you foster dynamic collaborations with key retailers to sculpt the Online Picture of Success.
* You collaborate closely with the Field Sales Team to set objectives for shelving and secondary displays. You drive execution excellence through real-time tracking via Perfect Store Scorecard, while bridging Trade Marketing and Field Sales with clear, actionable recommendations.

WHO ARE YOU?
* You have a Master level of thinking. Previous exposure in a commercial role is a plus.
* You have a good understanding and deep interest in the Belgian Retail landscape. - - - Experience in FMCG, especially food-related industries, is a plus.
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset with robust strategic and analytical skills.
