You will have a variety of tasks, including:
1. managing and optimizing the loyalty program and CRM;
2. working with shop customer service managers to improve the in-store customer experience;
3. driving loyalty and customer satisfaction strategies;
4. analyzing loyalty data and making recommendations for improvements.

We are looking for a student (Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent), available for an internship of a minimum of 3 months.
You love sports and have a keen interest in customer relationship management and customer loyalty. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Finally, analytical skills are needed to interpret customer data.
A professional knowledge of French is required, and a good knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
