Your journey with us For our Business Process Solutions practice, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Officer. As sales-driven person:
1. You will involve supporting the sales team in developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with clients.
2. You will proactively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media, and arranging appointments for our sales staff. You may also assist in sales meetings after your period. You may be involved for the development of different regions of Belgium
3. You will update information in the CRM system and conducting client checks as necessary will be part of your responsibilities. You are also invited to improve continuously our way of working on CRM.
4. You will prepare and maintain accurate records of all sales and scheduled client appointments, monitor the budget, prepare the sales reporting and follow up on targets, with the support of the team or manager .
5. You will be instrumental in optimizing our sales operations.
6. You will participate in the organization of events & marketing campaigns for (potential) clients.
7. You will contribute to the expansion of our freelancer network.
8. You will support various commercial and talent initiatives through social media.
9. You will screen the market for interesting network events and participate in them.

10. You have a Bachelor or equivalent.
11. You have 1 to 3 years proven sales experience.
12. You have excellent communication and are perfectly trilingual (Dutch, French, English).
13. You effortlessly contact prospects by phone and have a strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
14. You are stress-resistant, a multitasker, critical minded and you do not shy away from a challenge.
15. You are proactive and want to develop your commercial mindset within a structured, exciting and fast moving environment.
16. You are a team player who is discrete and diplomatic.
17. You are accurate, dynamic, creative but above all eager to learn.
18. You are proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
