Job Summary
As a Finance Business Partner Manager Consolidation and Analytics at Terumo Europe, you will be responsible for the management of processes and tools related to various aspects of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and closing. The role additionally includes finance business partnering and support to HQ, R&D, Capex and workforce planning in regards to human resources in finance. You will contribute to the preparation, analysis, and release of EMEA financial consolidated statements from a managerial perspective and ensure necessary input and consistency with statutory statements.
You will lead the finance business partnering Consolidation & Analytics team, manage consolidation statements, propose solutions as a strategic business partner, and set the standards and implement the required tools across the EMEA region.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic
* Develops the financial cycles strategy (closing, budget, forecast, and long-range planning) in collaboration with EMEA Finance Business Partner Director and manages the consolidation and coordination.
* Drives development of financial reporting reflecting business needs and ensures compliance with official financial statements.
* Cooperates in the management of financial systems including the development and maintenance of financial models for long-term use.
* Prepares and communicates monthly managerial financial reporting for the Terumo Europe management team in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
* Provides in-depth analysis of monthly/quarterly financial statements as a basis for decision-making for EMEA level and specific scope of responsibility.
* Sets up analysis methodologies, KPI dashboards, performance metrics to steer the P/L performance and to support business decisions.
* Executes strategic business plans and leads or assists in EMEA financial projects and initiatives.
* Evaluates risks, implements actions, and identifies trends to propose process improvements, including SAP development and adaptation.
* Supports the EMEA Finance Business Partner Director in periodic controlling closing meetings and performs strategic analysis upon request.
* Builds strong internal relationships within the EMEA Finance business partner team to ensure alignment between reporting and country/BU finance business partner needs.
Reporting
* Ensures a single source of truth for all EMEA financial figures and leads the development of financial reporting.
* Continuously improves and modernizes reporting tools and processes to support business needs, including the redesign of digital performance dashboards.
* Cooperates with the team and other departments on report optimization.
Tools and Processes
* Leads the financial processes from start to end at EMEA level.
* Leads the development of financial tools and processes.
* Leads the development, adjustment, and adaptation of financial statement sources.
* SAP finance managerial governance.
* Cost of goods sold governance.
People Management
* Leads and coaches team members, encouraging continuous development to maintain a high-performing team.
* Builds partnerships and maintains strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams.
* Builds, optimizes and participates in formal and informal networks with internal & external stakeholders to best position Terumo.

Profile Description
- Education: university degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Holistic understanding of the finance process.
- Analytical skills with a strict methodology necessary, setting strict milestones, and adhering to these.
- Advanced level of IT knowledge (S4 Hana, SAC, PBI, MS Office).
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP and Power BI systems.
- Well organized and highly structured to manage the workload effectively, focused and determined.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence and quality with an eye for detail.
- Acts as a business partner and proactive team player with strong teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage different individual needs of a diverse team.

- Ideally located in or near Belgium.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages (mainly Dutch) are a plus.
