Description:
You will be responsible for managing all administrative processes related to registration, declaration, reporting, and the interaction between the administrative processes of customers, operations, and finance.
You shall specifically ensure that all membership processes, internal and external, are of an appropriate high standard, and driven by the best economics and drive operational excellence, significantly improving the efficiency and the reliability of the administrative processes.
Key tasks:
* Specific administrative tasks related to the customer administration such as updating and monitoring the customer management system on a daily and periodical basis.
* To be the first point of contact providing information and support to customers, setting priorities, and proposing and put in place solutions to the management.
* Specific administrative tasks related to Accounts receivable and credit collection.
* To provide administrative support to all subsidiaries and branches.
Key Relationships:
* Key Relationships – Internal
1. As Administration Officer, you report directly to the managers.
2. You work closely with all colleagues and our customers to execute, improve and raise awareness of our portal.
* Key Relationships – External
1. The function is required to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders (authorities), customers and suppliers.
2. You work closely with our customers (e.g. in Belgium and the UK) to execute, improve and raise awareness of our portal.
Profil
* Able to work across several processes including, but not limited to, customer relations, operations, and finances.
* Must have strong, hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and IT-systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics Business Central and the like.
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Dutch and French (minimum C1 level); German or other languages are an additional asset.
* Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
* Customer focused (internal and external).
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to quickly identify and mitigate problems.
* Proactive in putting actions in place to prevent issues and to provide solutions.

* Experience with supply chain management is an asset.
