What You’ll Do:
Serve as a Trusted Advisor:
* Guide clients in designing and implementing Workday solutions that optimize HR processes, improve efficiency, and add strategic value.
* Develop tailored strategies that align with client objectives and enhance the value of their HR technology investments.
Collaborate with Clients and Teams:
* Work closely with clients, project teams, and our Workday partners to implement solutions that drive business success.
* Lead the redesign of HR processes, configure Workday modules, and integrate the system with existing legacy systems.
Lead Project Execution:
* Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and client relationships effectively.
* Drive innovation and support clients with communication strategies to maximize the impact of Workday.
Stay Ahead of Trends:
* Continuously deepen your expertise in HR technology and stay up-to-date with the latest Workday advancements and industry best practices.
* Provide clients with expert advice, ensuring that they are always positioned to leverage the latest capabilities in Workday.
Requirements
Your Profile:
We’re looking for candidates who have:
* 3 to 7 years of experience in consulting roles, with a focus on HR technology and Workday.
* Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.), with expertise in multiple HCM modules being a strong plus.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
* A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French being a significant advantage.
* Workday certification in at least one HCM module; proficiency in multiple HCM modules preferred.

Requirements
