Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Liège. This role involves the rollout of Windows 11 across our organization, ensuring smooth transitions and providing top-notch support to our users.
What you will be doing
Windows 11 Rollout: Lead the deployment of Windows 11, including planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
User Support: Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to Hardware, software, and network connectivity
Incident Management: Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes
Training: Conduct training sessions for users to familiarize them with Windows 11 features and best practices
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support across all systems
What you will have
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11. Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is mandatory
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
