Job Description:
* Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies and HR-related matters.
* Ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and stay updated on legal changes.
* Support the General Manager and leadership team in managing the works council and unions.
* Handle employee relations and performance management cases, advising managers when needed.
* Assist in rolling out HR programs and initiatives.
* Oversee HR administration, including vendor management, PO approvals, and budget follow-ups.
* Mid-level HR professional with experience in Belgian labor law and HR advisory.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
* Fluent in English, with good (min B2 level) Dutch and French.
* Impactful role in an international and dynamic environment.
* Autonomy and ownership in HR decision-making.
* Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time, 60% minimum).
* Opportunity to contribute to key HR projects and initiatives.
* Working in a hybrid setup, with two days per week required in the Genval office.
