As a Digital Finance Manager, you''ll actively participate in engagements covering:
* Finance Transformation Strategy & Roadmap
* Finance Statement Close & Consolidations
* FP&A, Controlling Excellence & Management Reporting
* Finance Operating Model Design
* CPM/EPM Implementations
The Role:
You''ll establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships. With guidance from EY Partners, you''ll identify potential business opportunities, develop long term client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership. You''ll lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, anticipate risks, and create a positive learning culture.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise CCH Tagetik implementation projects
* Chion CCH Tagetik solutions through full cycle
* Coordinate full pre sales cycle work
* Collaborate with internal and client side resources
* Apply innovative technology to solve business challenges
* Provide system migration support
* Deploy solutions and provide overall support and training
* Develop and grow the practice
* Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations
* Leverage understanding of CCH Tagetik standard dimensions
People Management Responsibilities
* Develop people through supervision, coaching, and mentoring
* Contribute to recruiting and training initiatives
* Provide technical guidance to other developers
* Maintain an educational program for skill development
* Understand and follow workplace policies
Your Profile:
1. A strong academic record with a bachelor''s degree in Business/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in industry or with a recognized consulting firm
