Are you an operational mastermind, a hands-on leader, and a strategic thinker? If so, we are looking for a dynamic Country Manager to play a pivotal role in our continued exponential growth. As the P&L owner and day-to-day operational leader in one of Quatra’s key markets, you will be leading and coaching different teams: planners, drivers, customer service, fleet, warehouse and sales. You will work closely with the owners and the General Manager Europe to continuously improve service and efficiency—implementing best practices while fostering a strong organizational culture and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities as Country Manager:
* Operational Excellence and Continuous Performance Improvement: Streamlining business processes and continuously improving performance, such as service levels and the collected volume per route. This goes hand in hand with daily operational management and a strong focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Financial and Operational Management: Preparing a detailed budget, reporting on both financial and operational performance on a monthly basis, and developing and implementing an investment plan focused on new business opportunities.
* Leadership and Team Development: Coaching, motivating, and inspiring both direct and indirect employees, including managing drivers, planners, customer service and sales employees, to optimize performance and enhance engagement.
* Integration of M&A Projects: Responsible for the successful integration of acquisitions (buy-and-build M&A) within the organization to accelerate growth and achieve synergies.
* Data-Driven Process Improvement and Innovation: Developing and implementing improvement processes and innovations based on data analysis to increase efficiency and elevate the organization to the next level.
What Do We Expect from You?
* At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a member of a management team.
* The ideal candidate has a Master-level degree and hands-on experience as a Business Unit Manager, Site Manager, or Country Manager with P&L responsibility within a logistics, operational, or facility management context (such as transport, recycling, or logistics).
* In-depth knowledge of the dynamics between sales, planning, and transport within an organization like Quatra.
* A strong combination of operational and commercial experience, with a data-driven approach and an emphasis on driving innovation and optimizing processes.
* Experience in leading diverse teams. The ideal candidate is a people manager who can empathetically engage with stakeholders and create an inclusive and motivating work environment.
* Proven experience in structuring and organizing a growing organization. Self-disciplined, well-organized, and capable of effectively setting priorities.
* Knowledge of integrating new organizations is a valuable asset.
* Willingness to travel frequently (50% of time abroad).
* Fluency in English.
