Tasks & responsibilities
1. As HR generalist, you ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all aspects of HR (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Payroll).
2. You take initiatives to improve operations and make the organisation more agile. You have a data-driven approach, and you bring improvements based on short-term quick wins and/or adjustments in existing procedures.
3. You act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for the directors and employees. You offer insights on talent management, organisational dynamics, and change management to ensure that the directors are leading effectively.
4. You anchor the MedTech culture and values, and you guide the directors in fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment, promoting transparency, trust, and empowerment. You translate these needs into pragmatic solutions and professional advice.
5. You report directly to the Operations Director General.
Excellent communication & people management skills
6. You have 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/Officer, and have experience in hard & soft HR.
7. You create impact through your professional communication & advice and your integrity and professionalism.
8. You are a self-starter, you like to take ownership, and you have a hands-on & pragmatic approach. You are able to manage your priorities.
9. You are fluent in one of the national languages (French or Dutch). You have an excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
10. You have knowledge and experience in structuring and continuously improving HR processes.
11. You are based in the office in Brussels and your presence in the office is evident to you as an HR professional.
