At adaequatio services, we are a dynamic start-up specializing in executive search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. Our mission is to connect top-tier talent with fast-growing companies while enhancing the recruitment experience. As we expand, we are looking for two motivated and creative interns to join our team and contribute to both our recruitment and marketing efforts. This unique opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while working closely with our founder and team.
Your Role:
As an intern at Adaequatio Services, you will play an integral part in both our Talent Acquisition and Marketing & Communication efforts. Whether supporting recruitment initiatives or contributing to our rebranding and digital marketing strategies, this is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in two crucial areas: talent acquisition and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support :
-Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and networking. Develop strategies to attract passive candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruitment Coordination: Help schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, and support recruitment communication. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors’ recruitment strategies, and provide insights to improve our processes.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts by managing content for social media platforms and ensuring consistent messaging across all recruitment materials.
Marketing & Communication Support :
- Rebranding: Assist in the development and execution of our company rebranding strategy. Work with the design team to create new brand assets and ensure consistency across all materials.
- Digital Marketing: Develop email campaigns, monitor their performance, and assist with content creation for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Content Creation: Generate creative content for blog posts, newsletters, and social media, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Company Presentation Visuals: Design visuals for company presentations and pitch decks, ensuring alignment with our updated branding.
- Market Research: Conduct research on marketing trends within the executive search and RPO industry, analyze competitors’ strategies, and help interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Psychology or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English. A good level of Dutch is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media, and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
