Data & Project Manager (M/F)

In order to reinforce our OPE department, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Data & Project Manager (M/F) to join our team in Wavre.

Under the supervision of the Supply Chain & Customer Care Manager, after a period of induction and training, you will be responsible for data management and analysis, reporting, and developing tools to optimize the team's work.
This position is a business-oriented hybrid profile with links to the other departments and a good understanding of IT.

With a background in IT, you have evolved into a hybrid profile who likes to navigate between business needs, software development, project and data management.
You know how to help users define their needs and you're not afraid to create your own business tools.
You have a short-term higher education diploma (minimum 3 years) in IT Management with, at least, 5 years of professional experience.
* Ease of developing new tools;
* Excellent communication oral & written skills in French & English (Minimum B1 level required);
* Ability to listen and excellent understanding of business needs;
* Ability to provide support & guidance to peers;
* Ability & willingness to work in a team environment;
Key responsibilities
Project Management - Tool development
* Analyze needs, write specifications, create tools/applications/website;
* Monitor project progress, prioritize actions in an agile approach;
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including technical and business teams;
* Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies (AI, Sales prediction, …)
Master Data
* Ensure the integrity and quality of the data used in our tools and ERP;
* Work closely with various company's departments, as well as our suppliers and customers, to collect the necessary data and ensure its accuracy;
* Checking, cleaning and analyzing data. Updating data in our ERP and tools;
* Train team members in data management best practices;
Data analysis & reporting
* Define and structure key performance indicators in line with business challenges;
* Produce reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making;
* Analyze indicators and share results. Monitor, alert and propose improvements;
* Implement Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).
Continuous improvement
* Support and assist OPE department staff in defining their business needs;
* Identify and analyze opportunities to improve business processes;
* Implement automation to improve efficiency and productivity;
* Participate in cross-functional projects with other OPE departments, to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Technical expectations
* You know one or more development languages (web/software development/BI);
* You are familiar with database concepts, ERP and Business Intelligence;
* You have a good knowledge of Office 365 suite (outlook, teams, …) and an advanced Excel level.
Geographical scope
We encourage and support flexibility by enabling our employees to work from home for 1 or 2 days a week.
Easy reachable by car and public transportation, our office is located in Wavre, 25km south of Brussels.
