As a Solution Analyst at Hologic, you will play a pivotal role in establishing IT as a strategic business partner. You will understand core business strategies and improve processes and operations through technology solution design and delivery. You will partner with our global service business stakeholders to identify business needs and technology solution opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers and vendors to translate technical business requirements into business solutions. You will lead enhancement projects for existing applications, deploy new applications, and onboard third-party SaaS solutions. We are looking for driven candidates with excellent communication and time management skills and a process-oriented mindset, knowledgeable in Salesforce business functions. To be successful, you must be able to build effective working relationships with business and technical teams across multiple global locations and drive clarity and consensus around business requirements and technology solution options. Position is hybrid based from our Zaventem office. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility to work one weekend every quarter will be required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide business process guidance, technology solutions and on-going operational support worldwide for our global service business Partner with Hologic SME's to establish priorities; provide guidance; assist with developing business cases to support technology and transformation investments Help guide technology solutions, leveraging native application features first. Provide business partners with process driven solution options Work across business functions to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.); initiate, lead, and participate in collaboration across business and IT teams Train end-users to use application solutions from the perspective of the business process flow; across desktop and mobile devices; remotely and in-person; includes troubleshooting/error handling, discern data vs. system problems Challenge processes/policies/rules that complicate the internal and external Customer Experiences; recommend better solutions KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Background in computer science, Business Administration or an IT related technical discipline Experience with Salesforce platform and knowledge of at least one of the following Salesforce clouds: Service Cloud, Salesforce for Field Service, SVMX/Asset360, Experience Cloud Understanding of the commercial business process across Marketing, Sales and Service Excellent communication and analytical skills. Consultative and interpersonal skills to build partnerships with business counterparts Ability to work independently, with sense of initiative and a hands-on approach Knowledge of Oracle will be advantageous So why join Hologic?
