Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a (Senior) Manager CFO Advisory with a focus on our clients in the Energy Sector to strengthen our enthusiastic CFO Advisory Services Energy team within KPMG Belgium. You will assist CFOs and their teams in becoming key business partners, driving strategic development to enhance the value and efficiency of their Finance functions and support overall business operations. Your key activities will include:
Project management:
1. Lead and manage CFO Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery.
2. Provide clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and finance processes.
3. Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.
Commercial management:
4. Engage in business development, from identifying leads to preparing and presenting pitches and proposals.
5. Contribute to the development of KPMG’s service offerings.
People management:
6. As a performance manager, guide, develop, and motivate team members to unlock their full potential.
7. Lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG’s quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications
8. Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field; or a Bachelor’s degree with substantial experience in the energy sector.
9. Experience in consulting or advisory services within the Energy Sector, with the ability to discuss sector-related topics, trends, and insights with clients.
10. Expertise in finance transformation, costing & profitability management, and financial reporting.
11. Strong background in financial services, financial process analysis, and process improvement.
12. Experience managing small teams (1-5 people).
13. Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
14. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
