As an Internal Support IT Engineer, you are the essential link ensuring the smooth operation of our dynamic IT organization. Join our team and contribute to the success of the company as a key member of the Level 1 Servicedesk.
Key Responsibilities:
Level 1 Servicedesk:
1. Provide effective technical support to resolve IT issues.Meticulously record and register user requests.Initial evaluation of incidents with a first attempt at quick resolution.
Incident Management:
2. Rigorously manage the tracking of incidents, adhering to agreed-upon service level commitments.Proactively communicate with users to keep them informed of progress.
Service Request Management:
3. Inform users about available services and provide detailed instructions.Respond promptly to general information requests and efficiently address complaints to ensure optimal user satisfaction.
4. Supply and Installation of IT Hardware:
5. Efficiently deliver and install IT hardware at various internal sites.
Event and Asset Management:
6. Monitor alerts and notifications, process events according to established procedures.Ensure necessary assets for service delivery are well-controlled, and information is accurate and reliable.
Profiel
7. Higher secondary education diploma in IT or equivalent experience.
8. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT role.
9. Bilingual in Dutch and French.
10. Knowledge of network, hardware, and software (Active Directory, Citrix, SCCM, Jira Service Desk).
11. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and complaint management skills.
12. Driver's license B.
