Our client, a major international industrial group based in Brussels, is looking for a Freelance Integration Program Director to lead the integration of a newly acquired company for a period of 12 to 18 months.
The role requires a program director with a proven track record in managing complex integrations, ensuring operational alignment, and driving organizational synergies within a multinational footprint. This position will report to the Group Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities as Freelance Integration Program Director will include:
1. Develop and implement a clear roadmap to integrate multiple legal entities and industrial sites, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and timelines.
2. Coordinate project managers across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure the program stays on track with timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing risks and governance.
3. Act as the main contact for stakeholders by providing updates on progress and addressing challenges promptly.
Key qualifications required for the role of Freelance Integration Program Director:
1. Proven experience in managing complex integration programs in an industrial or manufacturing environment with multiple European sites.
2. Advanced expertise in project and program management, including the use of tools like MS Project.
3. Exceptional financial expertise, with a track record of managing multimillion-euro budgets.
4. Strategic leadership and decision-making capabilities, coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
5. Proven ability to foster collaboration and drive team alignment across borders in complex, multinational organizations.
6. Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
